Founded by Monterey residents in October 2020, the Monterey Pantry PickUp’s mission is to obtain food resources from donors to distribute weekly to those individuals and families residing in Monterey, Massachusetts and the immediately surrounding areas who are food insecure at no cost to the recipients. The Monterey Pantry PickUp Inc -- a Massachusetts not-for-profit corporation -- solicits and receives food donations and monetary support from both private and public sources, purchases food and food resources and, as necessary and appropriate, takes such other steps as needed to carry out its mission.
